I created this site because of the one sided, unfair and unjust nature of looking for a place to live. Think of it this way; you are about to put down a lot of money for a car. You would want to know what its history is. Has it been in a flood, has it been maintained, has it been in an accident? You need to know this before you buy.

That’s what wiserenting.com is all about.  This site will help you avoid negligent, rude and abusive landlords. We also will give praise to landlords that are professionals at their job. You can soon check out what the property and the area is like. How are the fellow tenants? What do they have to say?

Landlords are doing background checks on you! In the past you have no recourse. That to me seems, well, unfair.

Before you slap down two to three months rent, check the landlord out.
